Apple Ask Samsung To Pay More $180Million In Patent Dispute Case

Its seems that Apple not going to leave the competitor Samsung so easily to get off in Patent Dispute case. Two weeks before only Samsung have paid  Apple upwards of $548 million for infringing the design of the iPhone and its associated patents. Apple filed court paper in US Court to make the samsung pay more $180 million in supplemental damages and interest. 

The company claims in its court papers that Samsung owes Apple nearly $180 million in supplemental damages and interest.

In court papers filed on Wednesday, Apple Inc said Samsung Electronics Co Ltd owes nearly $180 million in supplemental damages and interest.

Samsung has already filed an appeal in the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the case. The company argues that it has paid Apple more than what it deserves for its patents and designs. The case is yet to be accepted by the court.

Apple Vs Samsung Case has been running since 2011. In this time interval numerous revision have done for the damage amount. The final verdict of the case was delivered earlier this month after both companies agreed to enter into a court-supervised mediation. Samsung was initially supposed to pay Apple $1 billion in damages, but the amount was reduced by $450 million during the case proceedings because some of the patents were deemed invalid.
